Each training program is crafted specifically for each individual player with the aim of progressively developing athletic capacity to help you become the best athlete you can be.
You will receive an initial consultation to determine your aims and goals for your program and to find out about your training history, current physical capacity, injury history and the equipment you have available.
To order your program, you simply need to decide the length and level of program you require.
Basic Program - Gym based strength and power training & conditioning
4 weeks = $215
8 weeks = $375
12 weeks = $500
Complete Program - Basic program PLUS speed/agility & mobility programming
4 weeks = $345
8 weeks = $580
