Training Tip #10: Enjoy the Process

The last of our series of top training tips is a short, simple and clear message which applies to anyone engaging in sport or fitness.

You need to enjoy what you do.

Even elite professional sportspeople began their sport in the first place because they enjoyed it. While not everyone will reach the top in their chosen activity, we should all enjoy what we do. Remember that the best type of exercise is the one you will do regularly. So regardless of what you choose to do, enjoy the process and enjoy achieving your goals.
